ACLU Applauds and Recommends Immediate Action!
Oh Fuck! I demand immediate action too! My suggestion? A big giant fuck you to the UN and the ACLU.
UN Denounces US Record on Racial and Ethnic Discrimination!
GENEVA — A United Nations committee today issued a strongly worded critique of the United States’ record on racial discrimination and urged the government to make sweeping reforms to policies affecting racial and ethnic minorities, women, and immigrants in this country.“The message from the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is clear when it comes to the U.S.’ record on human rights and racial equality — the government can’t just talk the talk, it must also walk the walk,” said Jamil Dakwar, Advocacy Director of the ACLU Human Rights Program. “To claim the high moral ground and assert leadership on the issue of human rights, the U.S government must address the systemic discrimination and injustice that exists in its own backyard.”
My first thought? FUCK YOU.
Systemic discrimination and injustice? WTF? The only folks truly discriminated against in this country these days are white males. Poor S.O.B.s have to actually work for shit and get to see their tax dollars hard at work allowing lazy assholes to do nothing at all. Ugh, you will have to bear with me here, I am hormonal.
Representatives of the ACLU were in Geneva last month to testify before the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) on the state of racial and ethnic discrimination in the U.S.
Among its recommendations, the committee called on the U.S. to:Pass the federal End Racial Profiling Act or similar legislation and combat widespread ethnic and racial profiling practices by law enforcement, especially against Arabs, Muslims and South Asians in the wake of the 9/11 attacks;
That is sound advice if I ever heard any. I think we should make it a point to give them all a big sloppy wet kiss and a Jack in the Box Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger as well. Just want them to feel like they are part of this great nation and what says that better than Bacon? Not a damn thing, that’s what.
Protect non-citizens from being subjected to torture and abuse by means of transfer or rendition to foreign countries for torture;
Terrorists have feelings too. I think we should give them phones to call their friends, loved ones, and whoever is keeping their goat happy while they are unlawfully detained. Oh wait! We are already doing that. See the power of love?
Adopt and strengthen the use of affirmative action programs to eliminate discrimination, and allow school districts to voluntarily promote school integration;
Again, we are ahead of the curve. We have Barry O primed and ready to take a job he is less qualified for than they guy who painted my townhouse last month. I will say, in promotion of my painter, while he didn’t speak a word of English, I have no doubt he loves America a hell of a lot more than Barry O.
Eliminate systemic inadequacies in criminal defense programs that have a disproportionate effect on indigent minorities and ensure competent counsel in all cases;
Just what this country needs, more trial lawyers. Cannot imagine why this is being championed by the ACLU, I mean there surely aren’t any trial lawyers among these humanitarians.
Address the problem of the school-to-prison pipeline — the trend of funneling minority children into prison;
Again, FUCK YOU. How about we address the problem of the junior high to OB hospital ward? How about we address a bunch of absent parents? How about we address the left’s obsessive need to expand the permanent underclass their bullshit programs created?
Restrict felony disfranchisement policies and eliminate barriers to post-sentence voting rights restoration;
I know I would feel better knowing that pedophiles, rapists, crackheads, drug dealers, and murderers had their vote heard in relation to the direction this country is taking. Gee, how have we made it this far without the criminals in this nation having their say so? JenNote: Reading this shit makes my blood boil. Knowing there is a huge number of people who think this shit is dogma makes me nauseated.
Address the problem of violence against indigenous, minority and immigrant women, including migrant workers, and especially domestic workers;
Well, violence against women is a serious issue and one that certainly isn’t restricted to minorities. I am a champion of putting violent assholes in jail, but saying it is some how a greater crime because their victims are minorities doesn’t really work for me. Hate Crime laws piss me off. A life is a life, why is the death of one innocent person any more heinous than the death of another? Now people who hurt and kill children, well those fuckers have to go.
Pass the Civil Rights Act of 2008 or similar legislation, and otherwise ensure the rights of minority and immigrant workers, including undocumented migrant workers, to effective protection and remedies when their employers have violated their human rights.
How about we document the undocumented and they pay taxes like the rest of us? I personally feel my human rights are violated every time I look at my paycheck and see how much was taken out in taxes. Btw, I also feel my human rights are violated every time some old broad in line at the grocery store doesn’t start writing her check until the cashier if finished scanning her stuff. Well, in all honesty I am also tempted to violate said old broad’s human rights.
The ACLU is calling on the government to adopt the recommendations made by Bustamante in his report, including:
- Eliminating mandatory detention of undocumented immigrants and determining whether non-citizens pose a risk to society on a case-by-case basis;
- Allowing immigrants in detention the chance to have their custody reviewed before an immigration judge;
- Creating binding human rights standards governing the treatment of immigration detainees in all facilities, including the removal of non-citizen children from jail-like detention centers;
- Establishing standards for the mental and medical health needs of migrant women who have been the victims of mental, physical, or sexual abuse;
- Ending harassment and racial profiling of migrant workers by local and federal law enforcement agents; and
- Ensuring health, safety and labor protections for migrant workers and providing health benefits for migrant workers injured on the job.
Ugh… how about we stop funding the UN and use that money to take care of all these injustices they seem so sickened by? I could probably get on board with that idea.
There is no limit to the amount of abject stupidity that comes from both the UN and the ACLU. Just when you think they cannot possibly be anymore ridiculous and frankly, deranged, they release another nugget of self righteous indignation and you find yourself thinking, Time to cull the herd.
The unmitigated gall necessary to denounce America for human rights violations and yet play nice and take it up the ass from every third world despot on the planet is simply something my mind cannot comprehend. There are people slaughtered in Africa everyday for no reason any sane person can understand, women preyed upon just because they are women and schoolgirls beaten to death for what they are wearing in Asia and these idiots are bitching about our lack of affirmative action, and how we treat people who come here illegally and tax our schools, health care system, and economy?
Again, a heartfelt FUCK YOU.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with the UN on several occasions. The most notable in Bosnia and Haiti. The depth of bullshit and incompetence is so great, its any wonder they have yet to implode. That is not even counting child sex scandals and bribery charges during the Bosnia tour.
