I have and I had nightmares for months. The motorcycle accident I witnessed (speeding, drunken motorcycle dumbass vs. slow-moving flatbed 18-wheeler) should be shown to all Driver's Ed students. Bodies should never end up in that condition. Did you ever have to see "Death on the Highway" in Driver's Ed.? Awesome. "Cindy was the Homecoming Queen - now she's... burnt to a crisp..." Best.
