I usually make a sage and rosemary sausage and brown and wild rice dressing for all of our family holidays and get-togethers, but your version sounds pretty yummy. Did you get the &quot;chub&quot; at HEB? It sounds like something they&#039;d have.

You know, I haven&#039;t had boudin in years. I ate that stuff like other kids ate hot dogs when I was a kid. I also ate hogshead cheese. I know if you think about it it&#039;s gross, but it really is good. My dad is REALLY Cajun and he eats some things that really leave me speechless - parts of animals that I didn&#039;t even know were edible. Hogshead cheese was about as far as I&#039;d go.</description>
