It’s Girls!
Got a call early this morning from Kat who said, “We have twin girls!” Her surrogate went into labor last night prematurely at 31weeks and they delivered two 3lb 3oz baby girls. Kat is in the air as we speak on the 16 hour leg of her trip to meet her daughters. She tells me the doctors are positive and say the babies are strong but small. They are breathing well and came out crying. Hopefully their weeks in the NICU will not be too numerous and she can bet Riley and Kelsey (sp?) home so I can hold them! I loves me some baby girls!
For the record I have held totally true to the prediction that she would have two girls. I have figured that everyone within say 200 yards of me is destined to birth daughters. I am that sort of force of estrogen wonder.
