Funny shit.
My sister and nieces and I had an hysterical conversation about being “altered” just yesterday. Something about our personalities and body chemistry don’t mix well with THC, apparently. We’ve all decided in the past that “tokin’” wasn’t for us – just didn’t like it. The funny thing is that we were each individually (in different decades, mind you) banned from getting high by our respective sets of friends. We were all deemed buzzkillers because of our out-of-control paranoia. Apparently sitting around with saucer eyes and lips that feel sewn shut, only opening to warn everyone repeatedly and vehemently that the cops are going to bust all of us at any minute doesn’t make for a pleasant experience for a group of people dead set on having a good time. Ah, youth…
