Worlds Most Amazing Fucking Cake…

Yes, it is and I have perfected it…

Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines Coconut Supreme cake mix

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1 tub extra cream cool whip

1 can Coco Lopez or Cream of Coconut

1 Can Pineapple crushed or rings (optional but you need some pineapple juice if not the fruit.)

Directions:

Prepare the cake as per the directions on the box and bake in sheet pan

While it bakes:

1.  Make pudding and set aside it will set up and that is a good thing.

2.  Mix roughly 1/3 cup coco lopez (cream of coconut) with 1/4 cup pinapple juice.  These amounts are estimates.  What you are doing is thinning the cream of coconut syrup enough to soak into a cake.  Out of the can it is too thick.

When cake is hot poke holes with a fork all over it.  spread the coconut syrup mixture all over it evenly.  it will seep to the edges of the pan and that is great.  Pull the cake away from the edges so it will go under the cake. Let it stand about ten minutes to cool some.

At these point you can add crushed pineapple or pineapple rings to the top of the cake.  It is totally not necessary but it is nice.  I will do it without fruit next time i make it.

Spread vanilla pudding on cake like icing and chill the cake until cold.  If you put the cool whip on now it tends to get a bit deflated from the warm cake.

Top with extra creamy cool whip or whatever coolwhip you like and top with fresh strawberries or not.  It is good as it is. Keep left over cake in fridge.
