Thursday was actually the least-offensive-smelling day of all the days – having grown up around hippies, the smell of marijuana for me is kind of like the smell of baking cookies for people who had a normal, sane childhood. Especially since it meant the parents would be MELLOW. Since Thursday was the marijuana march, everything reeked of it. The other days were just sort of overwhelmed by body odor.

I came home that day and immediately went to change my clothes. My son asked why, I said people had been smoking around me. He asked if I had been trying to breathe, and I responded that no, I had been trying NOT to breathe. I got a very odd look for that.

And yes, Da Hubby, you need to remember that your wife is, indeed the shit, and if you don’t treat her like a queen each and every day there are about five bajillion morons who would gladly take her off your hands, LOL.
