No ID, No Vote For Joo!

Florida plans to enforce their law requiring ID to vote on election day.

I have never understood what the big deal is with this.  Seriously, it seems like a no brainer to me.  I have to present my ID to cash a check, get my car registration, to enter my daughter’s school.  Who the fuck thinks it is a good thing to vote for national leadership without an ID?  Liberals… that’s who.  Their favorite constituency consists of illegals and dead people depending on where you are geographically.

I went to vote in the last election and was not asked for ID on my card.  If I had not had the card with me I would have had to present ID.  I was ready to present ID anyway.  I was not even asked.  I looked at the guy standing at the booth and said, “Good Morning!”

“Good morning, darlin’.  You ready to vote?”

“Why yessir I am!”

I voted then exited the booth and he said, “Enjoy the rest of your day, sweetie.”

I said, “I will!  Might go try to vote at the mall too!”

He snickered and winked, cuz well middle aged men tend to do that to me.  I have strong middled aged Cracker Kung-fu.

I love how folks in the comments on page linked above get all in a hissy.  “What if they do not have a Driver’s License?”  Well the last four of a social will work according to the article.  “What if they do not have a Social Security Number?”  Who the fuck doesn’t have one of those?  Seriously?  If you are born here you have to get on by age two or your mommy and daddy cannot claim you as a dependent anymore.  Let’s assume someone of voting age doesn’t have one anyway… The comment says, “It takes 6 to 8 weeks to get your card back. so if they want to inforce the law then they need to make arrangements for these people and there isn’t much time and everyone should have the right to vote if a citizen.”

She is right, it takes a while to do this if you are older and the government might ask you to come in for an interview as well.  Might have something to do with the fact you have been living here as an adult with no method to tax you and if you are working, well that is a big no no.  So to me, there isn’t really a downside here.  If you do not know your number, which i have no idea how that is possible, you can go down to the SS office and they will issue you a provisional copy with their little seal on it and send you another one.  It takes no more time than required to get in line.

Again, if you have reached adulthood without a SSN then I will argue you are not overly interested in participating in society because you cannot legally work, so why do you really need to vote?  Hell, you probably do not even want to vote, so these whiney bitches in this activist groups in Florida are just using you as an excuse.

Surprise!  Leftist groups using ethnics, immigrants, and the elderly to try and win an election, say it isn’t so!
