Why is it, even though I am not working at the moment, I still hate Mondays? Just doesn’t make any sense. The most difficult decision I had to make today was deciding what to do with the two pounds of ground beef I have in the fridge for dinner. Still not sure. Meh…

This pack of beef has gone a long way. First night it was chili, second night it was spaghetti, we are on night three here… God loves costco.
