Oh The Outrage… Sara Shops at Saks!
The media is having vapors because Sara Palin spent something like 150k on clothes for the campaign. You know what is funny? Can you imagine the fucking press if she had bought all her clothes at Walmart or Target? She would certainly not be heraleded as the “Common woman” she would be mocked for having no sense of fashoin. She is fucked either way here. I have seen amazing stuff written about this… seriously on lefty blogs, hilarious. I would link, but then that would be encouraging them.

You know though, there’s another side of this story that the media is trying to exploit, i.e, she is an elitist for shopping at Saks. How many women out there who would be inclined to vote the Republican ticket can afford to shop at Saks? If she had shopped at WalMart or Target, the media would have been stymied. Sure, they could have made the usual complaints about Walmart being so terrible but that store is still popular to alot of women.
Just a thought.

She can’t win with the media, no matter what. I don’t give a shit if she shops at Saks or Neimans. I suppose Obama gets his suits at Men’s Wearhouse? Does anyone even discuss this? Does he have $1000 ties? No one knows.
I’m sick to death of this campaign. I’m tired of getting calls at home, I’m tired of getting flyers in the mail, I’m tired of the ads on TV. By the way, did the Reps just give up on advertising? Around here all I see is Dem ads – granted, I live in the most Republican area of Texas, but still. I can’t remember the last McCain ad I saw – I see 20+ Obamassiah ads a day.

Texas will go Red unless this is truly Armageddon. McCain doesn’t have 600 million to play with. We will not get his ads. Barry has to spend it or loose it.

It’s not just the presidential ads, it’s all of them. There are so many Dem ads and they are all so nasty. They all like to associate whatever Rep candidate with Tom DeLay like he’s evil incarnate. Tom is from my town – he did some great stuff for us. Because of him, we were ranked one of the top cities in the nation to live. He did what most experienced politicians do that know the system-he played it. They all do. I’ll say it – I miss Tom DeLay. Tell me the Kennedys or Daleys haven’t played the system for years to benefit their constituents and themselves. It sucks, but it’s how it works. People become politicians because of the power and benefits.

It’s a style or substance thing. That’s why the MSM has to attack Sarah, who possesses both attributes in abundance! Oblarney is just an empty suit who can only win because of ACORN chicanery.
I just love Sarah! She’s a true feminist! You just know by looking at and listening to her that she’s down to earth. It’s easy to imagine her staying up late at night nursing a sick child.
