Most contracts require the advertisment to be louder than the loudest sound in the program.

One of the “T” channels, TBS or TNT or something is ridiculously different on sound. I fall asleep, then find myself doing a low crawl under the bed looking for my rifle when a Snap Crackle Pops ad comes on.
