		<description>You can also use a plastic bucket for brining the turkey, but if you do, make sure you go to a homebrewing supply store or kitchen supply store and get a FOOD GRADE plastic bucket so your turkey doesn&#039;t taste like plastic.  If you live in a cold climate you can do that and leave it in your garage overnight.</description>
