It did help, especially after a few days. As for Cuba, nothing will change on their end.  It will still be a hole for the average Cuban because the government will make sure that it gets the tourist dollars.  As for the leftists that want to move there, let them.  But take all their money first so they can live like real Cubans instead of in the tourist sections of that nation.
