1. He is a douche
2. He is a double douche
3. He is a sociopath and a full blown narcissist with a God Complex and confident in his power over the American Sheep he convinced to vote for his lame ass.
4. His frontal lobe has been fried by extended exposure to the Klingon pheromones his War Bride has been exposing him to.
5. He is pissed off that the location of Tupac’s secret hideaway isn’t spelled out in the Presidents Book of Secrets.
