Whooping Cough Epidemic in California should scare the shit out of everyone.  The article basically blames parents for not vaccinating their kids.  Valid point. I was talking about this just the other day.  This particular disease is not to be played with. A parent who chooses not to vaccinate their kiddos for pertussis is just asking to plan a funeral because the shit is virulent and horrible.  Yeah it is California, home of the all natural green loving tree hugging organic food gives me an orgasm crowd, but they need to get over themselves. If they do not want to vaccinate their healthy little offspring then they need to keep them out of public schools.

That said, there is absolutely NO mention of the off the chart number of illegal immigrants who are in California with their many children who have probably never scene a vaccine. Could it be that allowing a huge number of people to swarm into a country without any regulation and become a part of the community without having to do pesky things like get vaccinated you might have an issue with this sort of stuff?  Correct me if i am on the wrong path here, but it just seems like it might possibly have something to do with this as much as parents too stupid to have their kids vaccinated.  Fucking stupid shit.

1.  Hass Avocados are one of God’s perfect creations; cut in half and get a spoon.  Doesn’t even need salt if it is just ripe enough.

2. World cup soccer makes me happy.  I am not a huge soccer fan per se, but I am a serious fan of soccer thighs.  I am certain that the current match usa vs england has the highest “hip thingie” saturation of any sporting event in history.  Dear god there are some bangin’ hot men on the field and more than one shaved head.

3. Obama is a fucking wanker. Read a headline at Hotair says something about not being able to suck up the BP oil spill with a straw.  I would argue he probably has mad straw skills from his cocaine days.  just sayin’

4. I am having a tomato phase.  I bought a pack of yellow cherry tomatoes.  Mmmm like candy.

5.  The expendables looks like fun. I know it will probably suck, but really it looks like a perfect way to spend 2 hours of my day.

One of the trailers has Arnold and Bruce in it and with the cast added in the only thing missing is Jesse Ventura.

6.  My kids are out of town and I have no idea what to do with myself.

7. The fact I have over 300 books on my kindle means I need some sort of 12 step program I think.

Yeah I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw it.  Anyway, I posted a comment in the blog, which is awaiting approval, asking what the districts curriculum will cover now that so many questions have been raised about the validity of all this “global climate change” stuff.  I was even nice enough to say I agree we should teach children not to waste and to be “good stewards” of society and the environment (yeah I know, but I want her to have no reason not to approve the comment) but I had issues with teaching children from a curriculum based on untruths and irresponsible science. We will see how it goes!

So, as I said, I have been reading all the articles this morning.  I keep reading things like, “Yes, we know there are flaws, but it was taken into account in the final findings” or “Even though the data was inaccurate we feel the results are still valid”. Wow.  I totally want some of those drugs!

I want to live my life with that fucking philosophy.  Imagine getting your electric bill and saying, “Yes, I understand we used this many bazillion watts of electricity, but I feel the bill should only reflect half as much because we really do not feel we use that much electricity.”  or better yet.  “Bank of America, I need my account adjusted this month.  I didn’t intend to buy that many pairs of shoes, I was just a little off that day so I think it is only fair to put that money back in the account.  After all, it is really not that important.”  Maybe the IRS!  “Apparently I underpaid this year because I forgot about the 20% raise I received and failed to reduce my exemptions.  At the end of the day after I figure in that my life has not become 20% better, I think it is unimportant that I actually made that extra money.  I am just paying the normal amount.  Okay?”

The world is going crazy, folks.  We have these nutballs admitting data is wrong but somehow through magical weather math the data doesn’t actually effect the fact we are all fucking going to die if we do not turn over our lives to the UN Climate Swine and the Sierra Club.  We have Obama who thinks he can just spend spend spend and push his shit we cannot pay for while upping the debt limits and he thinks it is not big deal!  These folks are like a bunch of petulant pre-teens who have no concept of consequences.  Why would they?  They never fucking suffer them when they have taxpayers like us to pay the piper.  I would like to take the UN and the current administration and put them both in the corner.

To expect Nancy to fly with the masses of unwashed is simply unthinkable.  What if they touched her?  What would happen to her fine couture clothing if she had to sit on a commercial airline seat?  Oogy pleb germs might get all over her clothes!

Athiests.  Yeah, as a general rule I do not give a rat’s red ass about what anyone believes or doesn’t believe.  I have had non believers in my life who were good people and who did not feel the need to tell me I was a retard for believing or accusing me of taking part in the gigantic Roman Catholic Conspiracy to rule the world.  In return I didn’t tell them how sad it is that they cannot believe. Life is about personal choices and as long as those choices do not shit all over me and you live your life with integrity then we have no issues.  That said, if your particular variety of Atheism is such that you are offended by a Mother Teresa stamp, then you need to just get over your fucking inflated sense of self worth.  Seriously.  They are telling folks to boycott USPS and encourage a letter writing campaign.  Hmmm that actually may work in the USPS’s favor.  I mean maybe this was the plan all along!  No one writes letters anymore so they picked the Atheists to piss off.  They probably had a bunch of meeting to brain storm how to increase revenues.  What a bunch of fucking retards.  Btw, they had no problem with the MLK stamp or the Malcolm X stamp.  Apparently their religion didn’t negate their accomplishments.  I wonder if Dr. King would have considered his Christianity “incidental and irrelevant” to his accomplishments?  I wonder if Malcolm X would agree that Islam was not a defining force in his life?  These guys must be some sort of new retarded version of Atheists.

On a depressing note:

I visited DSW today with my rewards check and there wasn’t a fucking thing I wanted in the entire store.  I blame Obama.  I was at the mall yesterday and I visited like ten stores and nothing nothing nothing.  Everything sucks.  Skinny jeans, neon colors, bright prints.  Excuse me fashion trend deciders… I remember the 80s, and while it had some amazing things about it, fashion was not among them.  Are you fucking kidding me?  Cold shoulder shirts, leggins, boyfriend shirts with bright colors, and for the love of GOD… ballet flats.  It is fucking tragic.

On a good note:

I am totally in love with Doctor Who.  I am in the middle of season 2 and loving it.  Some of them are really stupid but in a good way.  When the BBC gets it right, they get it very right.

I have four episodes of Fringe waiting for me. I think I am going to bank about 6 of them then watch them all over a weekend!  Yay!  I love Walter.

On the “Fucking enough already” note:

I do not give a fuck about how much money Avatar has made.  Honestly I have no desire to see it.  Not because of politics, though that certainly doesn’t help, but mostly because I haven’t forgiven James Cameron for inflicting Titanic on the world.  I will never forgive him for paying Celine Dion to sing that fucking song from hell.  I will never forgive him for casting that perpetual childlike looking twit Leonardo in the film.

I also do not give a shit about Lost.  I do not care that it is the last season.  Honestly they could have added ten minutes to the last episode of season 1, sent them home, and ended the show on a high note.  It has been downhill since then.

My new thing:

I have spoken often of my coworker and favorite person ever, Sarah aka Jen’s Keeper.  She is a font of great expressions which are contagious.  It started with, “Really?”  Which she says only slightly less than she use to and I seem to say at least once an hour.  A few weeks back she started with the newest benign commentary that has taken on a life of its own.  We were working on something that probably was not ours to do but we ended up doing it and on a tight deadline when a box popped up on her laptop that says, “you have been infected with a trojan”  She sighs, rolls her eyes and clicks the “yes I will call helpdesk box” and says in total exasperated seriousness, “I do not have time for Trojans.”  The meme of the month has been “I do not have time for…”  This of course has infected me and another co-worker.

A few days ago I get a text on the way into work which said, “I do not have time for motorcycles”  meaning of course one was inhibiting her from driving her normal mach 3 speed to work.  My text reply was, “I do not have time for cars!”  This is how life goes all day, everyday.  “Jennifer, we have a meeting at 1pm”  grumble grumble “I do not have TIME for meetings.”

What the hell is up with Luby’s?  Seriously, it is almost as expensive as going to a real restaurant.  The worst part?  What happened to the little lady with the tea cart?  She is gone!  You know what they have now?  Annoying little ladies who bother you like vulture waitresses.  I honestly think Sarah is going to stab one with a fork soon.  “Is there anything i can get you ladies?  Butter? Hot sauce? Ice?”  I kick Sarah under the table to keep her from saying, “Yes, you can get the fuck away from me and go find a goddamn tea cart!”  She is so awesome that way.  If she is like this at 23 imagine what she will be like at 40!

Drug commercials on TV: Really?  Do you feel so self conscious about the length of your eyelashes that you are going to take a drug to make them longer and thicker?  A drug that can cause some pretty weird side effects?  Do what any self respecting drag queen does, sweetie… visit the M.A.C. counter and get some fabulous false eyelashes!  The best ones are the anti-depressants drugs.  They will make you feel so much better, but by the way, if you are a guy you might get sexual disfunction.  So if you are not depressed enough for medication before you take it, you dick ceasing to function normally or your inability to ejaculate will see that you soon are.  Speaking of dicks, erections lasting longer than four hours might be a bad thing.  Contrary to popular thought and commentary from guys I know who say things like “Four hour erection?  I am not going to the emergency room!  I am going to call some people and pull out the video camera!”... this cannot be a good thing.  I hear they have to drain the blood from your dick with a needle.  I do not have a dick and the thought makes me cringe.

Amazon:  I finally get a Kindle and now Amazon and MacMillan books are in a pissing contest about pricing and some of my favorite authors are no longer available!  I bought my Kindle in an effort to keep the vampire porn flowing into my home with the least amount of effort possible.  You two guys need to figure this shit out. I do not have time for pissing matches.

Crying men on TV.  Hell crying men in general.  For fuck’s sake, get a fucking grip.  Guys crying because they are eliminated from Amazing Race or Top Chef or whatever.  Guy’s crying because life is just so fucking hard.  Find your sack, dammit.  I know we have a breast for a president, but it is soooo not ok to cry like a fucking woman. Fucking pet commercials.  The ones with the bulldog is fine.  I think bulldogs are pretty spiffy and I am not an animal person, but their ugliness makes me smile.  But there is one with a dog talking about being a “super pooper”.  I do not need to tell you how much this commercial disturbs me.  I do not need to hear about the shitting habits of a fucking chihuahua while I am eating dinner and watching tv.  People have fucking lost their minds with their pets in the last few years.  They are DOGS, people.  Dogs are pets.  They are DOGS!  They are not children.  They do not need a therapist, a spa, their own furniture, and they certainly do not need to be with you every second of of your life outside of work.  Do not bring Fifi to the store, the gas station, and do not even think of bringing her with you when you visit.  I do not care about your dog.  If one more person at work shows me a picture they took over the weekend and it is their ruined dog in some absurd picture I am going to lose it.  No it isn’t cute that he fell asleep on his back.  No he isn’t cute in his little hat and booties.  No she isn’t just precious in her goddamn tiara.  IT IS A FUCKING ANIMAL!  Feed it, play with it, let it be an animal not some sorry substitution for children which you are too damn irresponsible and self centered to breed for yourself.  I am really sorry that you cannot put your kids in their cage or lock them in the laundry room while you go to work or out clubbing or whatever it is you do.  Fine, do not breed, but for the love of God stop with the fucking pet insanity.  Dogs should be dogs, not pitiful codependent creatures who live only to fill your idle time and make you feel like you are nurturing something.

Harry Reid and his “negro dialect” comment is just another in a long line of racially derogatory comments from the left over the last few years.  We do not have to look past his Vice President in February of 2007:

The rush to defend Reid’s remarks by prominent Black Americans is fucking absurd.  The President accepted his apology, bfd.  Like he had a choice on that.  If he had said, “Fuck you, Harry.”  He would just be a bitter black man. All I know is any prominent conservative committing the same “error in judgment” they would be crucified in the media and the combined efforts of the Left would do everything possible to see their political careers over.

Saddest thing about all this?  You do not even have to point it out anymore, everyone knows how pathetic it is.  No one is surprised when a prominent Democrat spews some racial slur and no one is surprised with the prominent blacks in their ranks rush to defend them.  Just simply pathetic.

When a man ducked past security at Newark Liberty International Airport last Sunday to kiss his girlfriend goodbye, the breach in security shut down one of the country’s busiest airports, delayed flights through Monday and prompted an intensive manhunt from New Jersey detectives that ended on Friday evening on a street in Piscataway, N.J.

Another failure in the Airport security saga we live in.  Surprise!  Duh.  I was going through Newark once with a friend on the way to a vendor convention.  We were carrying on two bags full of metal (gold chain etc)  We were told we needed our bags searched and sent to a table to wait.  Watched they two bitches sit and shoot the shit instead of working and our flight was being called to board.  I said, “Ma’am that is our flight they are calling.  Can you check our bags so we can make the flight?”  She looks at me like I am insane and says, “Go ahead, you are fine.”  My hand to God!  Trust me, 9/11 didn’t surprise me, hell nothing that happens at Newark or any other Airport surprises me.

On Saturday, some of Mr. Jiang’s roommates described him as a “romantic” now trying to secure a lawyer after the dizzying turn of events.

I have been at the main office most of this week and had a few good lunches with some co-workers and talked some politics.  I have a few folks who see the world like me at work and some that live in fantasy land, but there are a few who sort of hit the middle ground.  Heard an interesting justification for entitlements to be continued and even justification for raising taxes to do so.  A loose quote:  A certain portion of the population is very very good at getting paid to do nothing.  They are never going to work.  They are always going to find a way to get something for nothing.  If you have to raise my taxes a bit to keep them from climbing over my fence to take from me what they want, then so be it.”  I think he makes a valid point that these welfare junkies are never going to get a job and taking away their entitlements are not going to suddenly inspire them to work.  That particular gene has been bred out of them and it is a sad fucking thing.  My problem is the fucking push from the left to push MORE money this way.   Enough.  You want to keep paying them to be poor, then so be it, but not another percentage point of extra funding goes that way.  Job training bullshit, education funding, and every other goddamn thing that is given for nothing out of my pocket is simply left as it is.  No idiotic healthcare insanity, no more fucking EIC for folks who work just enough to qualify to get a 4k tax credit check in April.  Let’s just face the reality that somewhere around 15% of our population is just going to fucking live like this and so fucking be it.  History has proven this fact because we have thrown billions at this issue and it has not changed a thing.  So stop the fucking insanity, call it a cost of doing business and be done with it.

I watch folks go through their day without a care in the world about the state of things, about the danger a man like Obama represents to our very way of life.  They are oblivious to the reality of his congress and that Nancy Pelosi could screw things up so badly that our kids might still be paying the price when they are our age.  I am not talking about Democrats or Republicans here, I am talking about people in general.  The folks who say things like, “I do not follow politics, it is all bullshit anyway.”  These are the people who go through life as they always have assuming everything will be ok.  Why?  Because it always has been in the past.  Because they grew up in a world where Reagan saved us all from the fucking disaster that was Jimmy Carter.  Because they cannot conceive of anything actually impacting their own lives.  They grew up in a world where there was always someone who saved the day.

A man is defined by his actions or lack there of.  There is no separating the act from the person who commits it.  That is like saying the act is a living breathing thinking entity that has the ability to stand on its own.  It is fucking stupid.  It is also the foundation of everything liberal in this fucking country.

Dear God, the French have more balls and a better grasp of the world than Prince Fuknut.  THE FRENCH!  Yeah, I want Obama to fail, folks.  I want him to fail at every single fucking thing on his leftist agenda.  I want him to be sitting back in five years making a bunch of news appearances and being just as much of a joke as Jimmy Carter is.  Though honestly, Fuknut has the potential to outdo Carter at being a fuck up.  He isn’t even a year into office and every single decision, policy, and the countless missteps would be comical if they were not so fucking detrimental to our way of life.

Now onto the soap opera that is the John Edwards/Rielle Hunter affair.  This whole fiasco has been absurd since the get go.  Edwards likes to fuck around, this is not new.  He gets in a bit of a pickle when he knocks up his flavor of the month.  Enter loyal aide/dumbfuck  Andrew Young who decides to take one for the team and say the baby is his, not St. Edward of the Prissy Pants.   Why would he do this?  To save Elizabeth the humiliation, or some such shit.  Uhm, really?  Insert some shady payoffs out of his campaign fund etc…

Then we have the media hop in, or refuse to hop in, out of deference to Elizabeth.  Do not get me started on how this would have played out had it been George W. Bush having a love child and if Laura Bush were cancer stricken.  Suffice it to say this story would have been on billboards, front pages, and on a goddamn ticker interrupting my Prime Time tv shows.  Olberman would have spooged on live TV he would have been so overcome with joy.  But anyway, back to the story…

Edwards admits to the affair but not the child being his, like somehow an affair is ok to admit to but having a child isn’t.  As a general rule the America people could care less about the fidelity of their elected officials but what tends to rub folks wrong is the idea of fathering children during said affairs.  I say what bothers me is that he didn’t just come out and say, “yes that is my child and I plan to provide for her and be a part of her life.  I have made errors in judgment but an innocent baby shouldn’t have to pay the prices for my sins.”  Hahahah yeah, right.  He probably spend weeks begging her to get an abortion, then sent in his buddies to try to convince her to have an abortion checkbook in hand.  Alas, Ms. Hunter decided not to have an abortion for whatever reasons, I am thinking fiscal not moral, but I am a cynic.

So a few weeks ago the rumors started circulating that Johnny was going to acknowledge the child is his own, big man that he is.  Poor Elizabeth, she is cranky about the whole thing.  She has cancer after all and therefore is absolved before the fact for anything she says or does with regard to this affair.   I have said before on this issue that lynching Edwards for having an affair while his wife was sick is something I was unwilling to do.  Grief is a terrible thing and I am not going to sit in judgment on how people grieve things like this.  It is not really any of our business why he was banging Ms. Hunter or “when” he was fucking her.

What is significant is the accusation of misuse of campaign funds to cover this up.  That should piss folks off.   Even if you are one of those folks who expects their elected officials to be faithful to their marriage then the fact he fucked around is enough, the fact he did it when his wife was sick is not relevant; you disapprove from the get go.   For me the idea his affair was somehow more inappropriate because his wife was sick is the same wacked out logic behind hate crime legislation.

Cold blooded murder is cold blooded murder regardless of the motivation for doing it.   Not that infidelity is in the same ballpark as murder, I am just saying the act and the end results are not mitigated or made worse by the motivation.   Edward’s refusal to acknowledge this child as his own is a bitch ass move and has nothing to do with the fact his wife is sick, he would have been a bitch about it anyway.

Elizabeth Edwards is still the same wacked out leftist lunatic she was before she got sick, folks.  I am sorry she is sick, no one deserves cancer but making her some sort of martyr because of it is just stupid.  Besides, Elizabeth has done the typical female bullshit that pisses me off about women with hound dog husbands.  She decided to vent her anger at the woman involved instead of targeting the fucking spouse.

Be honest and admit  in the end it was Johnny Boy’s choice to fuck around on his wife, right?  Was Ms Hunter’s vagina so overwhelmingly tempting that he lost his ability to choose?  I think not, folks.  He fucked her, he knocked her up, then he proved how much of a bitch he is but refusing to acknowledge the child.  Elizabeth is apparently taking it to the “blog comments” at this point and making herself look like a lunatic, but then we all know she is nuts.

Word is Elizabeth vehemently opposed the plan, now in place, for Hunter and daughter Quinn to move from New Jersey to Wilmington, N.C., where the Edwardses have a beach house.

For months now, Elizabeth, who is said to be talking to a divorce lawyer, also has been sniping at Hunter – painting her as a blackmailing gold digger – in blog comments where she uses the pseudonym “Cherubim,” according to a source who knows Elizabeth.

The article also says she is speaking to a divorce lawyer and goes on about Andrew Young’s books and other things.  Elizabeth, honey… divorce him and worry about yourself or stay and shut the fuck up in public, you are embarrassing yourself here.  I agree with you that  Ms. Hunter is quite certainly a gold-digger and resorting to whatever means necessary to have herself financially set for life, but does that change the fact your husband knocked her up and has a legal responsibility to support this child and a moral responsibility to acknowledge her?  Not so much, sorry.

In the end it doesn’t matter one iota if Ms. Hunter purposefully got herself pregnant in order to have a hold on your husband and your millions, not even a little.  The fact is, there is a child who bears no responsibility for the lack of character of her parents.  A child, who like your own children, deserves the support of her father and to be acknowledged by her father; piece of shit he may be.  Your children, ma’am have a young sibling who they deserve to know and you do not have the right to sabotage that relationship because of your own humiliation.  It sucks, yeah, but as parents we know that someday we will be gone and all our children will have is each other when you get right down to it.

I do not understand women but I understand pain and humiliation of this variety oh too well, still in the end you have to do what is right, don’t you?  I know doing the right things is a  really “gray” area for the left, but try hard.  If you cannot stand the idea of every other weekend and a day a week having this child in your house then get a divorce; it really is that simple.  Life sucks, honey… get the hell over it.

WASHINGTON – A large military spending bill moving through Congress contains a little-noticed outlay for Boston that has nothing to do with national defense: $20 million for an educational institute honoring late Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts.

This little earmark in Defense bill seems to be drawing a bit of attention:

“Whatever beneficial value civic education may have, it’s hard to see why the Defense Department should pay for it,’’ said Laura Peterson, a senior policy analyst at the nonpartisan Taxpayers for Common Sense in Washington. “It would seem the location of this hefty earmark has more to do with the powerful position of its sponsor than [the Defense Department’s] responsibility to educate elementary school children.’’

This watchdog groups are so fucking literal.  Defense Department/Education Department they are right by each other in the Alphabetical list of Gov Departments, no?  Close enough for government work as they say…  Teraaaazaaah’s  Bitch has this to say:

So a question:  If you were invited to a Medal of Honor ceremony, what would you wear?  Would the fact the young man being honored had passed in the line of duty?  I dare say you wouldn’t go to the fucking closet and pick up a bright floral frock and toss on some green flats, dangling earrings and head out the fucking door!   But you, my friends, are not a Klingon War Bride.  You do not gnaw on testicles for sport.  If you were and if you did, you would wear a fucking dress that looked like a bad tablecloth and some spiffy green shoes and you would DARE anyone to question you!

It is obvious that the need to match her husband’s red tie was taken to the extreme.  ARE. YOU. FUCKING. KIDDING. ME.  She looks like she is ready to walk the Red Carpet at a freaking movie premiere!  And what the fuck it up with the green shoes.   What kind of woman passes up an opportunity to wear red shoes?  I will tell you what kind of woman!  A very bad woman.  Red shoes are the very epitome of awesomeness and you should be punished severely for failing to wear them at every available opportunity. The infamous trip to feed the poor in her $540 buck sneakers.  Forget the hoopla about her daring to wear $540 shoes to a soup kitchen.  Really?  Do you expect her to hit payless before the trip?  Oh no.. the tragedy here is that they are just fucking ugly!  This is the height of fucking style if you are a 5th grader!  Trust me, I have a 5th grader and she would totally love these and I would totally not buy them, even at Payless on a BoGo sale.  They make her look like a flatfooted Sasquatch for fuck’s sake.
